I‘ve been working with Louise on the Feed for a little over a year before that service was discontinued and already knew she would nail this lookbook. I asked for a set of outfits for a weekend getaway and she managed to sort my packing list for every possible occasion with a limited number of items making sure every single one still felt like me but was also appropriate for the occasion and our location.

Overall, I like the look book a lot! The process was fast and very convenient

Such a great mini lookbook. I loved the mix of textures and how thoughtfully everything was put together, plus the helpful notes on adjusting looks for different weather. Would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to come back for a full lookbook.

Timely and also very responsive to my requests to use specific items I was having trouble styling. Everything Louise created is something I would wear. I found the individual pieces challenging and she paired them perfectly and in such a way that I would be comfortable wearing them now.

Okay, so this was interesting :) It was my first time working with a stylist, and I was quite curious to see how it would work, especially since clothes can look one way in photos and sit very differently on the body in real life. The outfits you put together definitely look great in the pictures. I understand your thinking, but in practice they don’t quite work on me — although I did still feel inspired. The skirt isn’t the right model for what you had in mind; it becomes too bulky at the top and a bit too tight at the bottom over the boots, which makes the proportions feel unbalanced. I really liked your tip about wearing an underlayer — the white turtleneck was perfect. I actually bought it and have already worn it several times. As for the outfits with lots of layering: in theory they make complete sense, but on me they feel a bit too top-heavy and also a bit too warm for the office environment I’m in. I also realize that I have some difficulty wearing pieces that I think of as part of my summer wardrobe during winter, such as the light blue linen shirt and the beige blazer — although I can see myself using the blazer more in winter in the way you suggested, just in different combinations. Brown and blue is a color combination I’ve been curious about, so that was spot on, I might try that one. But with shoes that is more winter-appropriate. I see this as a fun experience and it was really enjoyable to try. It’s very possible I’ll work with you again at another time of year to see what we can come up with then. I’m absolutely thrilled with the outfits Louise styled for me! She created combinations I’d never have thought of but instantly loved. Louise created a wonderful lookbook for me based off of my requirements. She is a master of interesting yet wearable color combinations in addition to elevated casual wear. I tend to end up in Miami and St Barths a bit so you might see this same theme come back up! You did make me realize that my little Prada beach bag wasn’t logged so I just added that, although that Saint Laurent is gorg. I have usually carried my Loewe raffia tote when I need to carry a lot but might have to check this one out next month when I’m traveling.
